PK Poetry Competition 2010

One of the worlds eminent sites for poetry has announced the subject for the 2010 competition.

Below is the text from the site.

Please note there is a fee for entry but it is your choice what to pay, they only ask for a donation.

This is an English based competition.

PK Poetry Competition 2010 

This years competition is on the theme of “journeys”.

All entries must be received by midnight on 30^th June 2010 

This theme can be interpreted in any way you choose but must display some recognisable element related to the theme.

All poems must be in English and unpublished and not available on the internet. 

Poems must be the sole work of the poet.

Poems can be up to 80 lines in length.

The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

A full list of winners will be available on this page within one month of the competition closing. 

The first prize will be £100 and an opportunity to have your poetry promoted and be guest editor to one of our prize winning online magazines.

All shortlisted poems will be published on the Poetry Kit website.
